"I have been involved in the arts my entire life. I am a published poet, having had work in a number of small magazines in the US, Canada and Great Britain and have made mosaic dining room walls and done interior design, as well as taught modern dance. A number of years ago I picked up a digital camera, taught myself Photoshop and then also started working with acrylics on canvas...Lately I have been drawing and painting with pen and acrylics on paper and canvas...When people ask me where I get the time to produce all this art, as I have a very full life, my answer is always that without making art I wouldn't be able to accomplish other things in my life. Art keeps me whole and moving forward..."
